i received an amazing upgrade to a suite sauna terrace ! this big suite included a private sauna and zen garden complete with a private outdoor pool. i especially loved the free use of the spa facilities , .
the room cleanliness needs more attention , i saw dusty windows , blinds and spider webs. the room aesthetic appeal was somewhat diminished by those lapses in cleanliness , which marred the overall ambiance.

The staff were helpful. They promptly arranged a taxi for me whenever needed. My Pool Suite upgrade was AMAZING!!! It included a private sauna and a zen garden with an outdoor pool. I used the spa facilities. They were free. Deelan kept the pool area clean. The spa was also well maintained.
The minibar was empty upon arrival.

The free parking was GREAT and very convenient.
i booked a room with an in-house hammam expecting it to be ready on arrival BUT it wasn't. it needed five hours to heat up, so i couldn't use it. the furniture was also quite old, showing stains and cigarette burns. it was REALLY disappointing.

I really enjoyed my stay. the spa treatments were amazing!!! the staff was very polite and helpful. i especially appreciated nuray, the cleaning lady. She always kept my room super clean and had such a cute smile.
the house keeping in my room was not great. the sheets smelled and did not properly fit the bed. i switched to another room, but it had a strong smoke smell. the towels also seemed quite worn.
